CVE-2026-112085 1 Webpack.js 1 Webpack-dev-server 2026-10-29 8.2 High
webpack-dev-server is a development server that provides live reloading for webpack projects. In versions before 5.2.7 and in version 6.0.0, when a proxy entry is configured to forward WebSockets, the server forwards non-HMR WebSocket upgrade requests to the proxy target without validating the Host or Origin headers, so the allowedHosts protection does not apply to those proxied upgrades. A malicious web page visited by a developer can open a cross-origin WebSocket through the dev server and read from and write to the proxied backend, even when the server is bound to loopback. The issue is fixed in webpack-dev-server 5.2.7 and 6.1.0, where proxied WebSocket upgrades pass the same Host and Origin validation as the HMR WebSocket, and users should upgrade to one of those versions or later. As a workaround, omit WebSocket forwarding from proxy entries that do not need it and scope the proxy to specific paths.
CVE-2026-118657 1 Labstack 1 Echo 2026-10-28 5.9 Medium
Echo is a Go web framework. Prior to 4.16.0 and 5.4.0, Context.Scheme unconditionally trusts forwarded scheme headers from any client. A client that reaches Echo directly over plaintext HTTP can claim an HTTPS scheme and bypass HTTPSRedirect because the request is treated as already secure. Separately, behind a TLS-terminating proxy that passes an attacker-controlled header, a claimed HTTP scheme can suppress the Strict-Transport-Security header even though the browser receives the response over HTTPS. The practical risk is reduced when a trusted proxy overwrites the headers and direct backend access is prevented, but the framework previously had no trusted-source configuration for this decision. This issue is fixed in 4.16.0 and 5.4.0.
CVE-2026-55587 1 Aliasvault 1 Aliasvault 2026-10-28 8.1 High
AliasVault is a privacy-first password manager with built-in email aliasing. Prior to 0.29.4, the AliasVault browser extension passkey provider does not bind passkey requests to the actual webpage origin or verify that the requested relying-party identifier matches the current website. A malicious website can provide forged origin and relying-party values and, if a victim with a matching stored passkey approves the AliasVault passkey prompt, obtain a valid assertion for a different website. Exploitation requires the extension to be installed, unlocked, and configured as a passkey provider, requires a stored passkey for the impersonated site, and cannot occur silently because the victim must approve the prompt. The server, web application, and mobile applications are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 0.29.4.
CVE-2026-114125 1 Storybookjs 1 Storybook 2026-10-28 8.8 High
Storybook is a frontend workshop for building user interface components and pages in isolation. From 8.0.0 until 8.6.19, 9.1.21, 10.6.2, and 11.0.0-alpha.6, a malicious website can interact with the preview of a running Storybook development server. Insufficient iframe embedding and message-origin restrictions can allow attacker-controlled events to reach the running preview. A developer must visit the malicious website and interact with the injected interface. The attack can cause unauthorized changes to story files and, if a changed file is later executed by a local runtime, arbitrary code execution with the developer's privileges. This issue is fixed in 8.6.19, 9.1.21, 10.6.2, and 11.0.0-alpha.6.
CVE-2026-114121 1 Electron 1 Electron 2026-10-28 5.4 Medium
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to versions 42.11.3, 43.7.0, 44.3.0, and 45.0.0-alpha.5, requests to open external protocol URLs could be attributed to a document other than the one that initiated them, causing the requestingUrl passed to session.setPermissionRequestHandler to identify trusted content for a launch requested by untrusted content. An application that grants openExternal based on the requesting origin and allows untrusted content to open or navigate windows could therefore allow that content to launch an OS-registered external application. This issue is fixed in versions 42.11.3, 43.7.0, 44.3.0, and 45.0.0-alpha.5.
CVE-2026-113798 1 Electron 1 Electron 2026-10-28 5.4 Medium
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to versions 42.11.9, 43.7.6, 44.5.0, and 45.0.0-alpha.13, pointerLock permission requests from some cross-origin iframes caused session.setPermissionRequestHandler() to receive the top-level frame's requestingUrl and isMainFrame values instead of those of the requesting frame. An application that embeds untrusted iframe content and grants pointer lock based on the requesting origin could therefore grant the permission under the top-level page's identity. Applications that deny pointerLock for untrusted embedded content are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 42.11.9, 43.7.6, 44.5.0, and 45.0.0-alpha.13.
CVE-2026-117860 1 Mozilla 2 Firefox, Thunderbird 2026-10-27 7.5 High
Same-origin policy bypass in the DOM: Navigation component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6.
CVE-2026-102675 2 Electron, Electronjs 2 Electron, Electron 2026-10-27 7.4 High
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5, responses served through protocol.registerFileProtocol or protocol.registerHttpProtocol for a custom scheme registered with supportFetchAPI enabled but corsEnabled disabled could remain script-readable across origins. This residual issue completes the remediation for CVE-2026-70604. Applications are affected only when they expose such a scheme and load untrusted content in the same session. Schemes intentionally registered with corsEnabled enabled remain cross-origin readable by design. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5.
CVE-2026-115413 1 Aws 1 Aws-api-mcp-server 2026-10-27 7.8 High
Missing token audience validation in the OAuth authentication mode of AWS API MCP Server before version 1.6.0 might allow local users to run AWS operations with the server's configured AWS credentials via an access token issued to another application by the same identity provider. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.6.0 and configure the expected token audience or client ID for the server.
CVE-2026-82332 1 Watchguard 1 Fireware Os 2026-10-27 N/A
An improper authentication vulnerability in WatchGuard Fireware OS's AuthPoint multi-factor authentication process allows a local, unauthenticated attacker on the appliance to hijack another user's in-progress MFA session by supplying a specially crafted request and convincing the victim user to accept an MFA push notification.
CVE-2026-116631 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox For Ios 2026-10-27 5.4 Medium
A malicious web page could open a tel link in a window that was showing a different website, causing the phone-call prompt to appear as if that site had requested the call. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox for iOS 156.1.
CVE-2026-110737 1 Vaadin 3 Flow, Framework, Vaadin 2026-10-27 N/A
The push endpoint of a Vaadin application that uses server push reflects the request Origin into the Access-Control-Allow-Origin response header and allows credentials, because Flow configures Atmosphere with DROP_ACCESS_CONTROL_ALLOW_ORIGIN_HEADER set to false and its CorsInterceptor then echoes whatever Origin the request carries. A page on any origin can therefore make a cross origin request to that endpoint with the user's cookies and read the response, although reading anything useful also requires the push identifier of that session. Applications that do not use @Push are not affected, and neither is the WebSocket transport. The behaviour was introduced in January 2015 and is present in every Flow release and in Vaadin Framework from 7.1.0, which is when push was added. Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. Releases that have fixed this issue include: Product version Vaadin 14.14.0 - 14.14.7 Vaadin 23.6.0 - 23.6.16 Vaadin 24.4.0 - 24.4.25 Vaadin 24.5.0 - 24.5.15 Vaadin 24.6.0 - 24.6.13 Vaadin 24.7.0 - 24.7.16 Vaadin 24.8.0 - 24.8.17 Vaadin 24.9.0 - 24.9.23 Vaadin 24.10.0 - 24.10.11 Vaadin 25.0.0 - 25.0.13 Vaadin 25.1.0 - 25.1.13 Vaadin 25.2.0 - 25.2.10 Vaadin 25.3.0 - 25.3.2 Vaadin Framework 7.1.0 - 7.7.54 Vaadin Framework 8.0.0 - 8.32.1 Mitigation Upgrade to 14.14.8 Upgrade to 23.6.17 Upgrade to 24.4.26 Upgrade to 24.7.17 Upgrade to 24.7.17 Upgrade to 24.7.17 Upgrade to 24.9.24 Upgrade to 24.9.24 Upgrade to 24.10.12 Upgrade to 25.2.11 Upgrade to 25.2.11 Upgrade to 25.2.11 Upgrade to 25.3.3 Upgrade to 7.7.55 Upgrade to 8.32.2 Please note that Vaadin versions 10-13 and 15-22 are no longer supported and you should update either to the latest 14, 23, 24, 25 version. CVE-2026-109772 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2026-10-27 9.1 Critical
Same-origin policy bypass in the DevTools component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158 and Thunderbird 158.
CVE-2026-109461 1 Microsoft 2 Microsoft Authentication Library For Node.js, Microsoft Identity Client For Nodejs 2026-10-26 5.9 Medium
Origin validation error in Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) for Node.js allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network.
CVE-2026-58497 1 Olo-dot-io 1 Uni-cli 2026-10-26 N/A
Uni-CLI gives people and agents one command interface for websites, browsers, desktop applications, local tools, and MCP. Prior to version 0.225.2, Uni-CLI exposed the legacy JSON-RPC-over-HTTP MCP transport on loopback without validating browser Origin headers before routing requests. A malicious web page could send a CORS simple POST request, such as text/plain, to the local /mcp endpoint and deliver a JSON-RPC body to the dispatcher. If the user had started the local MCP HTTP transport, that page could drive tools/call requests against the user's local Uni-CLI server. The Streamable HTTP transport already enforced this browser-to-localhost boundary. The legacy stateless HTTP path did not, so the two HTTP transports had drifted. This issue is about the browser-to-localhost boundary; it does not change Uni-CLI's local-code-execution trust model. This issue has been patched in version 0.225.2.
CVE-2026-116194 1 Rclone 1 Rclone 2026-10-25 6.8 Medium
Rclone from 1.52.0 before 1.75.2 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the pCloud backend's localhost OAuth callback, which disables the state check and trusts the hostname parameter. Malicious web pages can send a stateless request to port 53682 during authorization, planting attacker tokens and API hosts so later transfers reach the attacker.
CVE-2026-113800 1 Electron 1 Electron 2026-10-23 5.4 Medium
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to versions 42.11.3, 43.7.0, 44.3.0, and 45.0.0-alpha.5, hid and usb permission checks made from an iframe caused setPermissionCheckHandler to receive the top-level frame's origin and details instead of the requesting frame's. An application that delegated hid or usb to a cross-origin untrusted iframe and allowed device access with origin-based logic could therefore grant that embedded frame access intended for the top-level page. This issue is fixed in versions 42.11.3, 43.7.0, 44.3.0, and 45.0.0-alpha.5.
CVE-2026-115724 1 Videolan 1 Vlc For Android 2026-10-23 2.9 Low
VLC for Android before 3.7.2 contains a confused-deputy file overwrite vulnerability in FileUtils.getUri() that trusts content URIs based only on the com.fsck.k9.attachmentprovider or gmail-ls authority. A co-installed app without permissions can declare these authorities and send a crafted VIEW intent to the exported StartActivity, making VLC write attacker-chosen content under an attacker-chosen name in the shared Download directory, overwriting other apps' files when VLC holds All files access.
CVE-2026-55842 1 Erudika 1 Scoold 2026-10-23 5.4 Medium
Scoold is a Q&A and a knowledge sharing platform for teams. Prior to 1.69.1, the apiCorsConfiguration() method in src/main/java/com/erudika/scoold/ScooldServer.java combines addAllowedOriginPattern("*") with setAllowCredentials(true), causing Spring to reflect any requesting origin while allowing cookies or session tokens. A malicious website visited by a logged-in Scoold user can therefore issue authenticated API requests, read user data, questions, and configuration, and trigger state-changing operations on the user's behalf. This issue is fixed in version 1.69.1.
CVE-2026-111749 1 Aio-libs 1 Aiohttp 2026-10-22 4.2 Medium
AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.4, Host-Only scope on an existing parent-domain cookie can be removed by a subdomain. A user who accesses an untrusted subdomain can consequently have host-only protections stripped from cookies, although impact is limited when applications do not reflect those cookies to a browser. This issue is fixed in version 3.14.4.
